Online Marketing Activities

During our booth sale and also ongoing sale a lots of marketing strategies that we implemented from the MPU3222 course. First, created the Facebook (FB) and Instagram (IG) page to do our marketing activities. Also we implemented teaser, hardsell, and softsell copywriting to attract our potential customer both for selling and booth day sale.  Our S&D Mart realize the importance and potential of marketing using copywriting through our medium like FB and IG page.  Second, marketing and utilization of other online platforms like Whatsapp and Telegram for our sale. Since our mart is a non-store retailing mart we make use of other platforms like google from to take orders from customer too.

FB and IG Page 

Our Facebook (FB) pages, Instagram (IG) pages, are created to communicate and inform new updates easily with our customers. It also to assist our customer in their ordering process with us.

Teaser Copywriting

Our teaser copywriting are mainly used during the booth day to attract potential customers and make them curious of what we were selling during the booth day.

Hardsell marketing

The hardsell copywriting is to call-to-action for our customer.  It is one of the marketing strategy so that our customer will immediately try to buy from us.

Softsell marketing

Our softsell strategy is to inform and urge the customer about our products. It is not in urgent way as the hardsell copywriting is but more towards making the customer engaged in the posting itself. From this it maybe arise the desire from the customers to buy from us.

Other online platforms

We also utilize other online platforms like Whatsapp, Telegram, and Google form to receive, organize, update orders, and market the product to our customers.
